Calming Roadmap

We’ve wrapped up the third week of Brene Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection eCourse and once again it doesn’t cease to amaze me. This past week it was all about discovering your calming roadmap.

This was another lesson close to home for me as I find myself busier and busier every day. I created my roadmap and will be the first to say that I haven’t practiced following it lately.

I have found myself annoyed, anxious, and jumping to conclusions on a variety of things that are just out of my control. Why? For what? I don’t even have the answers for those questions.

My declaration is that I’m going to do better with calming myself and steering back on to my path of clarity.

I am probably at work right now, hating my life. Lots of fun updates from the weekend and the next few weeks!

    I’ve loved seeing these posts. I can definitely agree, especially lately, on being stressed out and not focusing on things that calm me. Where do you get this course at, if you don’t mind sharing?

      I follow Brene Brown on Facebook and she posted about her partnership with Oprah. This one is in full swing, but I am sure with the success there will be another one.
