At this point, I’m not sure how many craft exchanges we’ve been through (I verified the number, this was round 9). It’s been a vicious cycle of testing my creative juices, but I wouldn’t trade the pressure for any other in this world. Needless to say, these women in my craft group are ridiculously talented and it’s all thanks to Trista of Mommy Upgrade. You can check out previous crafts from our talented ranks on her blog.
Each round we have a theme that we base our projects off of, this time around just happen to be Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter. After a failed project, I scrambled at the last minute to pull together something that I would be happy with sending out to people. Luckily, Pinterest and I are really good friends because I quickly pulled together various ideas to come up with my final project – Mad Hatter Tea Cup Planters! After thrifting the teacups and various bases, I finally pieced together a project that I seriously couldn’t get enough of.
Best part about this project is that I made a step by step guide so that you can make one of your own! Thrift your heart away and create.
Like what you see, pin it for later!
