WE ARE ONE WEEK OUT FROM OPENING DAY AT THE BALLPARK IN ARLINGTON (aka Globe Life Park).
Baseball is the one sport that David and I were able to bond over, seeing as he was a baseball fan and I played softball for a few years. When it came to our sports realms, we were pretty much complete opposites – I was a football and basketball fiend, while he was a baseball and hockey fan.
Nonetheless our love for baseball was just another reason we instantly clicked and to this day he still loves seeing me get fired up at games.
I’ll be the first to say that I do not own a lot of cute shirts for many sports. I like to be gritty in jeans, boots, and a jersey on game day. Well, I’ll admit that my taste have changed a bit. After seeing this fun shirt, I was happy that I was able to channel my girly side!
I’m a sucker for a soft t-shirt that is still low key enough that I don’t feel like I’m trying to hard to impress people at the game. This shirt is to the point and lets everyone know that my priorities are straight. I love me some baseball and am looking forward to its much anticipated comeback. This season I’ll be at the ballpark in this soft and comfy t-shirt chomping down on chicken fried corn on the cob and a fried s’mOreo!
As opening day at the ballpark quickly approaches, I’ve got my game face on and ready to root my Texas Rangers on this 2015 season. Any fellow baseball fans out there? What time are you rooting for this season?
