I’ll be the first to say I’m a homegrown proud Texan.
When it comes to Texas, Dallas, and even Carrollton-Farmers Branch, I’ll gladly stand my ground. That’s what you do to a place that you know and love. It’s my home – where I plan to raise cute little kids and God willing live a long healthy life with my handsome husband.
One of the best things about Texas is that everything you are looking for can be found just about anywhere in the great state. You looking for a quiet quaint suburb with a great school district, we got it. You want the big city life with world renown sports teams, we got that too. What I love the most about Texas is the immense amount of pride its residents each hold for what we consider the greatest state.
Texans have a number of ways of showing pride from some of our favorite songs, bumper stickers, and quotes to name just a few. Our favorite is definitely displaying it on a high quality t-shirt that exudes just how proud we are to be a Texan through and through.
HeartfeltTX is a local Etsy shop with the softest and cutest t-shirts for just about anybody. Shop owner, Sarah Huggins, playfully dotes herself as a southern girl with a passion for making cute tees. She totally nails it and I’m super excited about this shirt that I’ve been sporting for the last few months.
Naturally, the t-shirt that stood out to me was all about Texas and the best towns we have. I’m a huge fan of t-shirts that are not only soft, but can withstand the constant wear and tear. This shirt is hands down one of the softest I’ve ever worn, plus it’s holding up nicely after consistent wear. From workouts to hanging out at a bar with friends, I’ve taken this shirt for quite a few spins and I love that it can be so versatile. The weight isn’t too heavy and after every wash it feels like it’s a brand new worn in t-shirt.
Shop owner Sarah proclaims that her shirts are the softest t-shirt you will ever own and she’s right! This line inspired by her love for the south are designed for t-shirts that support her passion for sustainable and responsible living. Her talent with each of her hand drawn screen printed designs are definitely quality made for consistent washing and drying. The best part is that with each shirt purchased a $1 will be donated to the International Justice Mission, a global organization that works to end slavery and human trafficking in the U.S and abroad.
